Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated, and unused credits carry over for 30 days.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You'll receive a notification at 80% and 95% usage. You can purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day trial of the Manager tier. No credit card required to start.
Can I use my own API keys (BYOK)?
BYOK is available on the Agency plan. You can bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or other provider keys.
What about data privacy?
All processing uses our Secure Processing Vault. Your data is never used for training. We use AES-256 envelope encryption and audit logging.
